In addition to conducting their daily duties the Solicitors at The Sethi Partnership Solicitors believe that by providing Pro Bono Legal Work is an integral part of being a member of the legal profession as they believe that it will allow those members of the public who otherwise would not have access to legal help to have free access to justice.
The Solicitor uses their legal knowledge and skills for public benefit. Each solicitor’s contribution is to a high standard with full commitment.
SHREETI RAJDEV, Partner and Family Law Solicitor
Shreeti Rajdev attends the Citizens Advice Bureau in Harrow to provide free advice on Matrimonial and Child Law issues and disputes. She attends the Harrow CAB on a regular basis, meeting members from the local community who seek advice and guidance on issues relating to their everyday lives. She also attends the Harrow Women’s centre.
PETER GREENWOOD, Junior Partner and Civil Law Solicitor
Peter Greenwood uses his vast knowledge and skills gained from his 11 years post qualification to advise individuals on civil disputes and litigation. He attends the Citizens Advice Bureau at both Ruislip and Harrow. He advises individuals on; Employment Matters, Unfair Dismissal, Redundancy, Unlawful Deductions, Disciplinary and Grievance procedures and variations to terms of contract issues.

KULVINDER KAUR, Immigration Solicitor
Kulvinder Kaur provides free immigration advice to members of the community at various centres all over London. She attends at least once a month at the following organisations;

West Ealing Gurdwara
Kulvinder organises and attends advice surgeries and meets members of the local community who are in need of Immigration advice. These centres are easily accessible for local residents.
MICHAEL SCHWARTZ, Criminal Solicitor / Duty Solicitor
Michael has arranged a Legal Walk-in Clinic for Criminal Law matters at the office EVERY Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm to give free legal advice to those who do not have the means or are eligible for legal aid.
