This means that should your case merit public funding, we will be able to represent you free of charge under a legal aid Representation Order or we can represent you at reasonable private rates.

If you are charged with an offence, an application to the Court for the right to representation in criminal proceedings can be made in accordance with the legal aid regulations. The Court will consider your means and also whether it is in the interests of justice to grant you a Representation Order. If the Order is granted, we will be able to represent you free of charge in Court.

Your case will be handled with care and efficiency from initial arrest and advise at the Police Station, to the conclusion of the matter at the Magistrates' or Crown Court.
