Ritu Sethi has the overall responsibility for the financial and personal management within the Practice. She is also the Head of the Criminal Litigation Department and undertakes criminal litigation work. She is a Solicitor and an Officer of the Supreme Court. She is required to take whatever action is necessary for the benefit of her clients, clearly having regard to ethical and professional issues. She is on the Harrow, Ealing and Uxbridge Duty Schemes. Admitted in March 1990.
Ritu Sethi has won many awards and especially for Business Woman of the year 2008.She is a public speaker and has appeared on Television in her own chat show and on BBC radio discussing legal issues.

On 17 November 2000 Ritu Sethi of Sethi Partnership Solicitors was awarded Asian Business Owner of the Year Award at the European Federation of Black Women Business Owners Award ceremony at the Cafe Royal, and in 2006 she is nominated as a' Woman of the Year'.
Ritu Sethi was nominated ‘Professional of the Year’ at the Asian Achievers Awards 2007.The glittering ceremony held at the Hilton Park Lane was attended by many famous personalities in July 2007..
The Sethi Partnership now employs over 30 staff and have assisted over 3,000 clients from all walks of life.
Ritu Sethi was nominated for the ‘Professional Excellence Jewel Award’, which recognises the outstanding achievements of Asian Men and Women in all areas of professional practice within Britain. The Jewel awards were held at prestigious ceremony in September 2007 at the London Hilton Park Lane and sponsored by Lloyds TSB. Ritu Sethi was nominated and shortlisted to the top 3 in the category of Professional Excellence for her contribution to the economy. The Jewel awards were televised and broadcast by Star T.V.
The 2008 First Women Awards has announced high-flying solicitor Ritu Sethi, of The Sethi Partnership Solicitors WINNER in the Business Services category. The First Women Awards in association with Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets were founded in 2004 by the CBI (The Voice of Business) and Real Business magazine and celebrates women that are trailblazers and leading pioneers in business and those who have gone from strength to strength to achieve the position they are in today.
Ritu Sethi was honoured with Award of Achievement in the field of Judiciary/law by The India International Foundation on I May 2008 at the Radisson SAS Portman Hotel, Portman Square, London W1 7 BG in the presence of Lords, MP s, diplomats and others.
