Advanced Member of the Family Law Panel
Shreeti qualified in 1991, after having completed her training with a firm in Holborn.
She has been practising law since then and has specialised in family law since she joined The Sethi Partnership in 1996. She became a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel in 1999 and has been an Advanced Member of the Family Law Panel since February 2002.
She covers all aspects of family law to include divorce, separation, nullity, financial matters relating to the breakdown of a marriage/relationship (including high asset cases), issues surrounding children, including residence/contact disputes, cohabitation disputes involving property, civil partnership disputes, prenuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements, non molestation injunctions and occupation orders.
She acts for both private and legally aided clients.
Shreeti has written a number of articles on Family Law matters and is the Solicitors Representative for the Harrow Women’s Centre.
