DIWALI 2011

Yes, it is that time again. Diwali, more commonly referred to as the "Festival of Light" will be celebrated by Indians worldwide on 26th October 2011.

On 19th October 2011, the House of Lords organised a Diwali party for all. Mrs Ritu Sethi and Ms Shreeti Rajdev (pictured below) joined in these celebrations with Ed Milliband, leader of the Labour Party.

    

On 23rd October 2011 Mrs Ritu Sethi was invited to Brent Cross for Diwali celebrations. Which included a colourful mixture of storytelling, traditional and contemporary dance and music.
