Ritu Sethi interviewed by BBC radio ESSEX

Ritu Sethi was interviewed on BBC Essex on 12th October 2010 on the midmorning show with Etholle (pron: et-TA-lee) George, between 9:07 and 9:15 about success as an Asian businesswoman.

The BBC were interested in learning more about Ritu Sethi; why she decided to become a solicitor, what's been the secret to her success in private practice.

This does come against the backdrop of an exploration of greater ethnic diversity in Essex, what emerged from numerous conversations with listeners is a worry about whether an entrepreneurial spirit that characterizes Essex has been lost, and in Ritu Sethi, it clearly hasn't ,even though she now lives in Middlesex.
