Ritu Sethi at Cumberland School Specialist Sports & Applied Learning College 2011

RITU WAS THE GUEST OF HONOUR AT CUMBERLAND SCHOOL SPECIALIST SPORTS & APPLIED LEARNING COLLEGE

On Tuesday 5^th July 2011 Cumberland School had their awards evening. This evening brought everyone together to celebrate the achievements of the young students at Cumberland School. Pupils were selected due to their commendable effort and commitment to school throughout the academic year.

Many of the pupils gained their place by being nominated by several subject teachers.

Ritu Sethi was the guest of honour on this evening, spending the evening talking to the pupils and presenting to them their well deserved rewards.

Following Mrs Sethi's attendance at Cumberland School, the following kind messages were received from the Ms Denise Powell, teacher at Cumberland School and the Students at Cumberland School -

Dear Ritu,

I am so sorry that it has taken me a week to write this!! Where do the days go?

Thank you so much for your very valuable, entertaining, inspirational and enthusiastic contribution to our Awards Evening last Tuesday. Many of our young people, their families and our staff have commented on how good the guest speaker was and that they very much enjoyed your address.

I hope you managed to get home alright. It was so kind of you to travel all that distance.

I hope we can work together again sometime in the near future.

I will post a Cumberland Chronicle when it is out in a couple of weeks.

Dear Mrs Sethi,
