The year 1999 would be a memorable one in the history of the Sethi Partnership Solicitors. In addition to acheiving Investors, the Law Society's practice management quality standard and a legal aid franchise/

Establised in 1994 by Ritu Sethi, the firm has grown from four members of staff to 30. Success is drawn to hard work, a sound management structure, and a passion for quality service and customer care. Little wonder, the firm has notched up a string of firsts. It is the first west London firm to acheive Lexcel. It is also one of a few practices in the UK to acheive the three prestigious standards.

Ritu Sethi, senior partner said: "Lexcel ensures our management standards are compliant, while the Legal Services Commission granted the Legal Aid Franchise to ensure all our processes are up to the quality standards.

This made a difference to our day-to-day running of the practice. We therefore decided to go one step further and work towards a standard that would directly benefit our employees and get us in line with the industry standard."

"Investors in People certainly did that. Our former receptionist has moved up the ladder to become a fee earner, while an administrator junior now has a promising career as a conveyancig executive. We have a better trained staff, less staff turnover and a boost in morale."

Ritu Sethi added "It is extremely rare in the legal profession to have the 'triple crown' - the legal aid franchise, Investors in People and the Lexel quality mark. These together will make our staff more effective and the regular training afforded by Investors will give us a competitive edge."

Ritu Sethi wins Business Awards

On 17 November 2000 Ritu Sethi of Sethi Partnership Solicitors was awarded Asian Business Owner of the Year Award at the European Federation of Black Women Business Owners Award ceremony at the Cafe Royal, and in 2006 she is nominated as a' Woman of the Year'.

Ritu Sethi was nominated ‘Professional of the Year’ at the Asian Achievers Awards 2007.The glittering ceremony held at the Hilton Park Lane was attended by many famous personalities in July 2007..

The Sethi Partnership now employs over 30 staff and have assisted over 3,000 clients from all walks of life.

Ritu Sethi was nominated for the ‘Professional Excellence Jewel Award’, which recognises the outstanding achievements of Asian Men and Women in all areas of professional practice within Britain. The Jewel awards were held at prestigious ceremony in September 2007 at the London Hilton Park Lane and sponsored by Lloyds TSB. Ritu Sethi was nominated and shortlisted to the top 3 in the category of Professional Excellence for her contribution to the economy. The Jewel awards were televised and broadcast  by Star T.V.

Solicitor Ritu Sethi wins business category at the First Women Awards 28/06/2008

The 2008 First Women Awards has announced high-flying solicitor Ritu Sethi, of The Sethi Partnership Solicitors WINNER in the Business Services category. The First Women Awards in association with Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets were founded in 2004 by the CBI (The Voice of Business) and Real Business magazine and celebrates women that are trailblazers and leading pioneers in business and those who have gone from strength to strength to achieve the position they are in today.

Ritu Sethi honoured with Judiciary Award 23/06/2008

Ritu Sethi was honoured with Award of Achievement in the field of Judiciary/law by The India International Foundation on I May 2008 at thr Radisson SAS Portman Hotel, Portman Square, London W1 7 BG in the presence of Lords, MP s, diplomats and others.
